Egyptian Temple - Personal Sampler
A perfect combination of two flour tortillas stuffed with pork, pico de gallo, guacamole, black beans, and sour cream. On the side, two chicken tenders, two breaded shrimp, three BBQ wings, and french fries. Served with different kinds of dipping sauces.
Tabla Ramses - 3-4 people
Grilled, sliced sirloin. White rice. Chicken quesadilla (filled with beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, and mozzarella cheese). Pork chimichanga. 6 BBQ wings. 3 different kinds of chorizo (español, colombiano, paisa). Served with french fries and fresh salad. Accompanied by gravy of the day for the sirloin and rice.  
Tabla Seti - 3-4 people
Grilled filet mignon with today's sauce or gravy, grilled chicken breast marinated in fine herbs, shrimp and prones (if available) in a garlic sauce. White rise and baked fish filet. Three kinds of chorizo (español, paisa, colombiano), two strips of bacon served with french fries, and sauted salad made up of mushrooms, onion, pepers, tomillo, basil and olive oil.

Fajitas Mixtas

A tender chicken breast marinated in buttermilk with herbs and breaded with spices. This is served with a red sauce with mozzarella cheese and spaghetti pasta with Parmesan cheese.


BBQ Ribs
Slowly baked for 12 hours, served with french fries and salad consisting of heart of palm, avocado and vinaigrette.


Baston De Anubis
Steak, chicken breast, and a pork chop, all grilled. Fresh salad (romana lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pearl onion, basil, fresh mint, ricotta cheese, and a balsamic vinegar dressing), served with french fries and dipping sauces.
Petite Filet

Langostinos are not always available for purchase. In the case that we do not have langostinos, we will substitute them with shrimp.  Gravy made from Spanish chorizo, ham, bacon, bell peppers, white onion, and seasoned with thyme, basil, black pepper, and garlic. Served with mashed potatoes and garlic bread.
Salmon Chileno
Baked with salts and seasonings. Served with mashed potatoes, grilled Hawaiian pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, black berries, sauteed asparagus with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and garlic bread. Accompanied by a sesame seed sauce.

It goes like this. Ecuadorians leave home, spend years working in U.S., Canadian and European restaurants, then return to Cuenca and open their own restaurant, bringing their foreign experience with them.
